COVID-19

We have had a difficult few years due to Covid-19, which forced us to shutdown for 4 whole months due to Government restrictions. Our priority is 100% safety focused; be-it procedures, policies or PPE! A full list of what we are doing can be provided upon request, however we are revising this constantly alongside the latest government information provided specifically by Bradford Metropolitan Council, which is directly fed by the recommendations found at www.gov.uk

Unless told to do so by the Government , it is our intention to safely continue operations through-out this pandemic, whilst ensuring no job losses within the company.

All potential Covid threats are recorded once reported and kept in a mandatory Covid file, alongside the individual risk assessments and other required paperwork. We take our Covid-19 responsibilities seriously and aim to be part of the solution not the cause.

We ask that all clients inform us of any Covid risk and we unfortunately cannot attend any property where there is such risk; as to keep everyone safe. Safety does come before profits. Similarly we would not bring any risk into anyone's home from a staff member who could potentially have Covid. Its all about common sense and working together to keep everyone as safe as possible.

KEEPING CLIENTS SAFE

Safety is top priority so we ensure cleaners are monitored for health & exposure to potential Covid'19 threats.
Staff have available PPE such as masks/shields and gloves which are to be worn in agreement with the client.
'At risk' clients are identified and adherence to these measures are fully mandatory.
Handwashing and use of hand-sanitisers are encouraged and staff have access to a supply of both.
Our cleaning focus now incorporates high touch area's such as light switches, door handles and hand rails.
Internal policy inline with the current government advice and legislation, risk assessments are made of each client and steps are taken per client to ensure bespoke safety measures are made.

KEEPING STAFF SAFE

Again, Safety is top priority so we monitor cleaners & clients for health & exposure to potential Covid'19 threats.
Staff have available PPE such as masks/shields and gloves which are to be worn in agreement with the client.
'At risk' staff are identified and an assessment is made regarding safety.
Handwashing and use of hand-sanitisers are encouraged and staff have access to a supply of both.
Staff meetings no longer occur in favour of online information sharing, time in the office is now minimal with no mixed groups, sat apart and no shared refreshments.
The office is cleaned daily with anti-bacterial cleaner, focusing on high touch areas.

If a staff member or a client is unwell they are to report this immediately for a .risk assessment.
